New Family

Yesterday I traveled to Miami and Pompano Beach with my brother Mike. There we met a cousin from Canada whom we only knew through email. She is vacationing in Florida with her husband and teenage daughter. Joyce is quite the storyteller. I think I could have listened to her all night. She is currently assembling a family tree dedicated to my paternal grandmother's side of the family, which, from her description, is long and complicated. It was definitely a treat to meet Joyce, Bob and Olivia!
